In return for providing a registered lead and supporting the sales of our route accounting product, GRSI will pay a finder’s fee equal to 10% of the license fee for our vertical industry software. The partner must carry out the activities described below in order to qualify for the fees.

The fees are paid only if the client purchases our software. The fees will be paid from GRSI to the partner when payment is received by GRSI from the client. Note that our standard terms to the client, are 50% of the license fees paid upon signing of the contract, and 50% paid within 30 days after the software is installed on the client’s system.

In terms of dollar amounts, the license fee for the Garman system varies according to the number of delivery routes a client has. For example a ‘ball park’ license fee for a client can be estimated at $ 2,000.00 US per delivery route. Therefore, a client with 25 delivery routes would be charged by GRSI, a license fee of $50,000.00 US. A sale to a client of this size would result in a finders fee of $ 5,000.00 US, paid to the Great Plains VAR.

Fees are paid to the VAR based on software licenses only. Any charges to the client that Garman Routing Systems makes for any other activities, such as on site services, telephone support, software maintenance, etc. are not part of the calculation of fees paid to a partner.
