Under our partner program, both parties are expected to carry out certain activities. These activities are structured to best utilize the strengths and specialties of both software companies.

Required Partner Activities:

  • Register the lead, in writing, with GRSI. This makes the lead exclusive to the partner for a period of up to 90 days from the date of registration. If the lead does not close within the 90 day period, the client becomes open. This marketing period may be extended, upon approval from Garman Routing Systems, Inc. In addition, special provisions apply when a formal Request for Proposal ( RFP ) response has been requested by the prospect.
  • Provide a completed prospect survey to GRSI. This includes application and sizing information about the prospective client. GRSI will provide the customer survey to the Partner.
  • Assist with the marketing of Garman’s vertical industry software. This may include items such as joint marketing presentations.
  • Assist the client and recommend any hardware and network software requirements
