Garman Routing Systems will also provide marketing support to Great Plains Software VAR’s, to assist in the marketing activities of our product.

We are available to answer questions, and provide information on our vertical industry software. Our software does not apply to every industry, and is applicable to only certain types of route distribution. To save everyone time, we will work with you to ensure our software fits the prospect’s needs.

If the prospect is using an RFP ( Request for Proposal ) method, we will complete the RFP sections which apply to our vertical industry software. This requires that the lead be registered with us prior to the RFP being completed.

We will provide marketing materials to assist in the marketing of our vertical industry software. This information can inform potential clients on the functions and capabilities of our vertical industry software.

This includes:

• marketing brochures
• electronic ‘Power Point’ presentation diskettes
• sample reports and displays

Garman Routing Systems will also be doing our own industry marketing to inform prospects in our vertical industry about our software.

We plan to do the following activities in the future:

• direct mailings to prospects in our industry verticals
• booths at trade shows
• advertising and articles in industry trade publications
